ICS International will create short-term and long-term action plans to achieve its mission. 2024 is the first year of ICS organizational reform, and long-term plans will be formulated after careful consideration of possible activities.

In 2024, we will build a platform to achieve our mission.

Organizational Structure Development

• Organize ICS teams in Japan, Thailand, Kenya, and Uganda, and establish a collaborative system.
• The name of each country’s ICS team will be ICS followed by the country name, such as ICS Japan, ICS Thailand, ICS Kenya, and ICS Uganda.
• Promote the recruitment of active members to revitalize ICS.

Establishment of a Knowledge and Awareness Sharing System for ICS Members

• Hold online study sessions on STEAM education and exchange information to help build the system.

Development of an Activity Platform

• Create an ICS social network on the internet. Design a mechanism that emphasizes social communities. In particular, we design and create templates for systems that place emphasis on social communities. ICS ACADEMY are the embodiment of them.
